Going Clubbing

“Sounds like a plan.” Allie watched a bank and another building go by before the cab came to a halt. She paid the cabbie surveyed the short line of people waiting outside the club. She pushed back a piece of hair before walking to the front. 

Kurt slid out of the cab and followed Allie. “God it’s cold out here…” He drew his leather jacket a little tighter around his body and glanced at the line.

Allie had to agree. The weather had been awfully weird this week with the past few days being warmer than usual and then dropping down at night. She stuck her hands deeper in her pockets. “At least we known it’ll be warmer inside.” She talked to the bouncer for a minute before they were allowed in. The warm air and pulsing beats immediately hit her and made her want to get onto the floor but she decided to ask Kurt what he felt like doing.

“Yeah yeah…that makes sense.” She nodded. “Oh come on Kurt! I’m sure they’re good. You always did seem to keep up with fashion.” she smiled nudging him a bit with her shoulder. 

Kurt chuckled. “Well, I’ll let you look at them. Then you can be the judge of if they’re good or not.” He smiled. He glanced out the window and sighed. It felt like years since he’s been in New York, when in reality it’s only been about 3 weeks.
